Coutt's Paper dress

Coutts, who sponsor LFW commissioned a dress to be crafted from paper and used in a fashion photo shoot in sept 2010.

Louise Goldin, as the recipient of the Coutts sponsored Fashion Forward award, was approached to create a unique dress for Coutts as part of our involvement with London Fashion Week.

The process has been followed throughout to create a film of the making of the dress. Here you can see a glimpse of what went in to its creation, and the end result.

print Solutions present at LFW

A collection of promotional and informational print formats present at the london fashion week. It gives us a clue on what print solutions can be applied and what would be appropriate.

Press and buyers who attend London Fashion Week receive an information bag full of stuff. Most of what’s inside is a bunch of flyers, but there are several essential pieces of information which serve as a survival guide. They are: the Inside Guide, Little Black Book of Designer Contacts, lanyard of schedules and The Daily (my added piece).

The Inside Guide and Little Black Book of Designer Contacts are a very nice touch with all the information you need at your fingers tips.

london Fashion week//Existing Sponsors

After we decided to choose London Fashion Week as a platform to reach our intended audience (top fashion labels). I researched into whether or not their was already a Paper company sponsoring the Event. I found out that their is a gap in the sponsors for such a company like Fedrigoni. The present sponsors are quite specialist and most are prestigious, very similar to how Fedrigoni are perceived.

an example of how the shows are scheduled at the fashion week. Roughly each designer or label is given up to an hour to showcase their collection.
