Alan Lastufka animates Kenneth Koch's work

Great kinetic typography and a great poem

Where the Wild Things Are

Really frustrating that I couldn't find the title sequence to 'Where the Wild Things Are'. Personally one of my favourite title sequences and book adaptations. Read to me in my child hood, this film holds a few memories and to see it adapted into a great film was amazing and to see the masterful typography designed by Geoff McFetridge was a bonus.

Title sequence for Seven by kyle cooper, dark and grungy with a hand rendered feel to the type.

a Stunning approach to animation and illustration through letterforms. One of the most impressive type in motion videos ive come across at the moment.

TRI▲NGLE from Onur Senturk on Vimeo.

Another completely surreal video this time by Onur senturk. This short animation brings together artwork from Rober Knoke's 'black material'. Completely hypnotising and seductive, very smart how the artwork morphs into type.

Design42day from Onur Senturk on Vimeo.

Another example of Senturk's imaginary work, very colourful and vibrant movements and great kinetic type.

Jorinna - Motion video

Two very surreal but interesting motion videos from Jorinna. This is the kind of motion that I'm very much interested in, surreal type and image.

stefan sagmeister's Type in Motion

I got really excited when I heard about this video, finally seeing Sagmeister's type in motion. Quite smart how the letterforms come together to create words and messages through change of perspective.
